Work Involved as a Member

  • Content Creation:
    Develop materials for the Justice Remedem website, such as e-books, blogs, presentations, and training modules that contribute to ADR education and awareness.

  • Research & Innovation:
    Engage in research on the latest dispute resolution techniques, trends, and best practices, and suggest improvements for ADR implementation within India and globally.

  • Expansion of ADR Awareness:
    Members will promote ADR in their local communities, advocate for greater adoption among corporations, and work on increasing the visibility and scope of ADR in India.

  • Collaborations & Tie-Ups:
    Assist in identifying and pursuing opportunities for collaborations and partnerships with law firms, ADR bodies, and educational institutions.

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    Take on leadership roles, manage teams, and contribute to the smooth functioning of Justice Remedem’s initiatives and events.

  • International Journal Contributions:
    Work on the International Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution, contributing research, articles, and reviews on various ADR methodologies.

 

Experience Required for Membership

  1. Student Membership

    • Must be a law student with a keen interest and foundational knowledge of ADR.

  2. Individual Membership

    • Practicing or corporate lawyers with a demonstrated focus on ADR are eligible to apply.

  3. Lifetime Membership

    • Must be an ADR professional or practicing lawyer with at least five years of active involvement in dispute resolution.
