To create an open and inclusive platform where individuals from all backgrounds—regardless of religion, race, community, caste, creed, color, gender, language, socio-economic status, or disabilities—can learn, engage, and contribute to the latest trends and knowledge in dispute and conflict resolution. This includes fostering a deeper understanding of various methods such as law, mediation, arbitration, conciliation, peacebuilding, and promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a preferred and effective tool for resolving conflicts at every level of society.

2. Promote Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
To establish and popularize Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) as an efficient, accessible, and practical alternative to traditional dispute resolution methods, especially in a rapidly digitizing world.

3. Empower the Legal Fraternity
To offer a dedicated forum where legal professionals in India, including advocates, mediators, and arbitrators, can gain both theoretical and practical knowledge on law, mediation, arbitration, conciliation, and peacebuilding. Our aim is to ensure these professionals can seamlessly incorporate ADR mechanisms into their practice, helping them effectively resolve conflicts at all levels.

4. Create a Multidisciplinary Platform
To provide a space where experts from diverse fields—such as law, psychology, sociology, counseling, therapy, and academia—can collaborate, share knowledge, and learn from each other's experiences. This interdisciplinary approach allows for the development of innovative solutions for dispute resolution.

5. Develop Facilities and Promote Continuing Legal Education
To establish and enhance facilities, tools, and mechanisms for advancing knowledge in dispute resolution. We aim to promote ongoing legal education and training to equip professionals with the skills necessary to excel in ADR methods.
6. Coordinate with Governments and Organizations
To work closely with governmental bodies, as well as other dispute resolution organizations, forums, and associations. Through this collaboration, we aim to develop and improve ADR systems, ensuring they are accessible and effective at all levels.

7. Promote the Interests of ADR Professionals
To advocate for and represent the interests of all professionals engaged in ADR, including mediators, arbitrators, conciliators, therapists, and academics, ensuring that their contributions are recognized and their professional standards maintained.

10. Public Education and Awareness
To raise awareness and educate the public about the benefits of ADR, including mediation, arbitration, and conciliation, as alternatives to adversarial court systems. We aim to build widespread acceptance of these methods as preferred solutions to disputes.
11. Collaborate with Judicial and Educational Institutions
To work in tandem with judicial bodies, educational institutions, law schools, and other professional associations to embed ADR processes into legal curricula and offer practical training in mediation, arbitration, and conciliation. This will help equip the next generation of legal professionals with ADR expertise.
12. International Collaboration and Exchange
To affiliate with international bodies, universities, and organizations to exchange knowledge, develop innovative dispute resolution methodologies, and organize international projects. We aim to create a global dialogue that enriches ADR practices in India and beyond.
13. Establish Advisory Boards and Committees
To form advisory boards and committees comprising sitting and former judges, legislators, jurists, business leaders, and other experts. These bodies will provide strategic guidance and insights to further the organization’s objectives.

15. Training and Standards of Excellence
To establish rigorous standards of training and ethics in mediation, arbitration, and conciliation. By developing comprehensive course materials and certification programs, we aim to create a highly skilled cadre of ADR professionals capable of resolving disputes with integrity and competence.
16. Promote Ethical Standards in ADR
